Terms of Service

Evizra is operated by Plattr Tech Studio (“Plattr Tech Studio,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Evizra (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Evizra helps hiring teams screen job applicants by analyzing job descriptions and resumes, conducting AI-led voice interviews, and generating evidence-based candidate evaluation reports. Evizra is a screening and assistance tool only - your organization (“Customer,” “you”) always makes the final hiring decision.

Accounts are created and accessed using one-time codes sent to your email - there is no password to manage. The person who signs up first for an organization is that organization’s Admin and can invite teammates as Admins or Users. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit candidates’ personal data to Evizra and to have candidates interviewed and recorded by Evizra’s AI interviewer, and for complying with employment, recruitment, and data protection law that applies to you and your candidates. You must not submit personal data for anyone who has not agreed to participate in an AI screening interview.

Access to AI features (resume analysis, interviews, evaluation reports) is billed using a prepaid token balance. Tokens are purchased through Razorpay in your organization’s billing currency and are debited as AI features are used. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to submit data you do not have the right to submit, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.

Candidate evaluations, ratings, and reports are generated by AI models and are advisory in nature - they summarize evidence from the interview and should not be treated as infallible or used as the sole automated basis for a decision not to hire someone, especially where that would conflict with applicable employment or AI-in-hiring regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you use Evizra’s output in your hiring process.

Evizra and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Plattr Tech Studio. You retain ownership of the job descriptions, resumes, and other content you submit.

Evizra relies on third-party providers to operate, including Anthropic and OpenAI (AI analysis and voice interviews), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Razorpay (payment processing). See our Privacy Policy for how these providers handle data.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that AI output will be accurate, complete, or free of bias.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plattr Tech Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including hiring decisions made using its output.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Unused token balances at termination are handled per our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
