Privacy Policy

Evizra is operated by Plattr Tech Studio (“we,” “us”). For candidate data submitted by a hiring organization (“Customer”), the Customer is the data controller and Evizra acts as a data processor on their behalf. For account data belonging to Customer users themselves (name, email, phone), Evizra is the data controller.

Account and organization data: your name, email, phone number, and your organization’s name, address, and billing currency.

Candidate data (submitted by your organization): candidate name, email, phone, resume file and its extracted text, interview audio/transcript, and the AI-generated evaluation and rating.

Usage data: pages visited on our marketing site, via Google Analytics.

We use account data to operate your login, organization, and billing. We use candidate data solely to provide the Service to the Customer who submitted it - analyzing job/resume fit, conducting the AI voice interview, and generating the evaluation report for that Customer’s own hiring process.

Resume text and interview transcripts are sent to Anthropic (Claude models) for analysis and evaluation, and interview audio is processed in real time by OpenAI’s Realtime API to conduct the voice interview. These providers process this data as subprocessors under their own data-processing terms and do not use it to train their models on our customers’ behalf.

We use Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for transactional email (login codes, invitations), Razorpay for payment processing, Cal.com for demo scheduling, and Sentry for error monitoring (technical diagnostic data such as request metadata, needed to fix bugs quickly). Each processes only the data necessary to perform its function.

Our marketing site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. The logged-in application uses only a session cookie required for you to stay signed in.

A recruiter can permanently delete a candidate record at any time, which removes their data and resume file from our systems immediately. Organization and account data is retained while your account remains active, and deleted upon request or account closure, subject to what we need to retain for legal or billing records.

Data is stored in access-controlled databases and file storage, transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may store or process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on our subprocessors’ own safeguards for international transfers.

If you are a candidate and want to access, correct, or delete your data, please contact the hiring organization that invited you to interview - they control your data and can delete your record directly. You may also contact us at support@evizra.com and we will route your request to the relevant organization.

The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
